Medicare rebates apply from birth until your baby is 7 weeks old. No referral required.
Lactation appointments made after 7 weeks post birth do not attract Medicare rebates.

If you have reached your Medicare safety net, you will be eligible for higher rebates.

$50 surcharge applies for weekends/ public holidays & travel fees may apply (quote supplied on booking)

Lactation Consulting in Geelong & infant feeding support is available from Felicity, an Endorsed Midwife and qualified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Support is inclusive, catering for all families and at every stage during your feeding journey.
Visits are in your home in Geelong and the surrounding areas.

Together, we will work to support your feeding goals, create feeding plans or address specific feeding challenges. A pregnancy and birthing history is taken which helps to identify and address the cause of common feeding issues.
As Felicity is an endorsed midwife, visits attract Medicare rebates. Visits may also be solely focused on general postpartum support (not lactation specific) where Felicity can check wounds, debrief and unpack the birthing experience, and provide general newborn care and advice.
